How we bring the magic

Planning your child’s dream sleepover party is easy with us! Simply share your brief, including the number of guests, your child’s chosen theme, and the date. Let us know if you'd like to add any extra touches, such as personalised nightwear, eye masks, balloon arches, sweet cones, party bags, birthday cake or breakfast boxes or entertainment. We’ll then provide you with a personalised quote based on your needs. Once you’re happy with the quote, a small deposit secures your booking, and we’ll handle everything from setup to take-down.

Planning

We work closely with you to craft the perfect slumber party for your little one. From our initial telephone conversation to the big day, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Whether you need help with a specific toddler theme or want to brainstorm some creative ideas, we’re happy to assist at no extra charge for design and planning. Looking for personalised touches to make the party even more special? No problem! Simply let us know who’s attending, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring a memorable and tailored experience for everyone.

The Party Package

Each teepee party package includes wooden teepee tents, complete with inflatable mattresses, freshly laundered bedding (duvet, pillow, and sheet), and a tray table for snacks or bedtime activities. To set the perfect mood, we provide fairy lights and themed bunting, along with lanterns featuring flameless tea lights to create a cozy, magical atmosphere. We also include themed sleepover accessories to match your party, making every moment special. Our teepees are steam cleaned after each event, and all bedding is freshly laundered before every party, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience for your child’s sleepover.

Set-up & Put-Down

From set-up to take-down, we handle it all, so you can sit back and enjoy the fun. It typically takes 1-2 hours to set up, and we can work to your timeline to ensure the surprise remains a secret for your little one. Each teepee requires approximately 80cm x 185cm of space, and we’re happy to try a few configurations to make sure everything fits perfectly. Please note that our teepees are designed for indoor use only due to their material and structure. After the party, the last thing you want is to worry about cleaning up – no problem! We’ll come the next day at a time that suits you to take down the party setup, allowing you to relax and enjoy the memories.
