How much space do I need?

The approximate space for each teepee set up is 80cm x 185cm.  Sometimes it’s worth trying a couple of configurations to optimise the set up and make sure everything fits.

 

Can the teepees be set up outside?

Our teepees are for indoor use only due to their material and structure.

 

How long does the set up take?

It depends on the number of teepees, but we would usually allow 1 – 2 hours.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit of £50 is required to secure the sleepover date.  This deposit is used as a damage deposit which is refundable within 24 hours of your party.

When do I need to pay?​

A deposit of £50 is required to secure the sleepover date.  We ask for full payment within 7 days of the sleepover date.

Can I cancel my party?​

We understand that for unforeseen circumstances happen and parties cannot take place.  Bookings cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable, but you will be able to reschedule once within a 3 month period.

What type of payment do you accept?​

Bank transfer or Paypal.

What happens if something gets broken?​

We understand that accidents happen especially with excited children.  We apply a sensible and reasonable approach to resolving this and will discuss with you the best way to resolve and use your deposit to recover any costs.
